Hi… can you please email me? I am looking into staying at the Marriott Hotel at the Tech Center by the Belleview Station. During my stay, I need to go to the Broncos football game and the Union Station (to catch an Amtrak train). I would also like to go downtown. Can I use the light rail system during my stay or should I rent a car? Thanks!
Hi Ashleigh – Yes the Marriot Tech Center is an ideal location to commute downtown and back. Its about a five minute walk to the station from the hotel.
The E line runs from Belleview up to Mile High Stadium and then Union Station (two stops further.)
The F line runs from Belleview to the center of downtown including the performing arts center and 16th Street Mall.
Each trip is about 30-40 minutes duration. Check for Sat/Sun schedules – like most cities they run less frequently than weekdays.
