I stumbled into this great Mexican place last weekend while passing through Fort Collins. I failed to remember where Big City Burrito was located, (another fine local establishment,) and wound up here, only a few blocks south.

Las Salsitas features a quick order dining room on one side and a larger more formal restaurant style room for dinner.  Easy to order, huge entrees including their chiles rellenos and mole platters, and college town prices with 99 cent burritos on Wednesdays.  The staff is quick to help if you can’t decided, and very friendly.

I’m sure regulars in the area already know about this fine place, but its been a while since I passed through Fort Collins so its new to me! I highly recommend them, and if you’re in the Fort Collins area you should drop what you’re doing and go there right now.
