I write up various restaurants I visit and especially note ones I’ve had enjoyable experiences at. Now here’s a plug for MY kitchen, and Wednesday’s meal of fettucini alfredo. I think it looks pretty good except for that sloppy noodle placement marring the presentation.
I usually grill up 10 or so chicken breasts every weekend to make lunches and other stuff with. Having cooked chicken breasts constantly available in your fridge is a good idea, because you can use them for other dishes plus save the step of cooking them. And it makes for healthier snacking.
To prep this dish I warmed up the chicken and sautéed some shallots, garlic, sundried tomatoes, and spices, while making the sauce from cream, butter, and Parmesan cheese. Served topped with more Parmesan cheese. (No I’m not always healthy.)
