a quick update from ePassportPhoto… we just blogged on the latest from our communication with Walgreens. Believe it or not, these Walgreens allow themselves to censor the content of your photo – do you think this is legal?
I’m not a lawyer but I don’t believe what their doing is ILLegal, rather just stupid.
I agree it’s ridiculous Walgreens would refuse to print your photos simply because it’s a service they offer. However it’s not censorship, as they are private company and can set whatever nonsensical policies they like.
But thanks to the blogs and the internets you can share their bad business practice with others, and having read this I won’t be taking any prints there either.
