I'm have zero knowledge of commercial real estate but they looked very reasonable if you had a small business or team. Plus its close to Cherry Creek, and there's a Wild Oats store across the street. The inside of the building isn't that exciting, however it offers a nice variety of office sizes at fairly reasonable rents for this area.
