Cheese Plate at Dougherty’s
I wound up at Dougherty’s Irish Pub last Tuesday, an excellent Irish Pub on Ellsworth hidden off the main drag of South Broadway.
Although I was pounding down the Guiness with my cousin Dave, I still managed to appreciate this cheese sampler appetizer – which for me could be a meal in itself. (I went on to order the Shepards Pie.)
Consisting of walnuts, raisins, apple slices, and a variety of cheeses, this is the best cheese sampler I’ve had since a waitress in Cesky Krumlov recommended a similar plate.
Check out my original post on Dougherty’s – then go sample it for yourself.

Is that where Capone’s used to be? I’ll check it out. Love a good cheese plate.
Kitt’s last blog post..Taro chips: FAIL
Yes it did used to be that pizza place. – I believe Dougherty’s has been in action for about a year or so now.
My cousin, an Irish food and beer fan, much prefers it over the Irish Snug on Colfax
